GSA Stars III GWAC

In July 2021, B&B Floor Services (dba B&B Solutions) was awarded a STARS III GWAC Master Contract by the General Services Administration. STARS III is a small business set-aside GWAC that provides flexible access to customized IT solutions, building on the established framework of the 8(a) STARS II GWAC. This contract includes a five-year base period, coupled with one three year option period and has a ceiling of $50 billion. B&B has extensive experience providing IT administrative and professional support services, including the provision of help-desk and training support. B&B currently works as a subcontractor, providing full-time personnel to support IT systems. This support includes the provision of administrative and data management, input, and verification support utilizing the system, as well as extensive maintenance and training support to government personnel on the system and how it is to be properly used.

Beyond our corporate experience, B&B works with a network of highly qualified industry professionals, including IT operations and maintenance, communications and social media, cybersecurity, database and network administration, and systems support personnel, ensuring that we can implement nuanced projects that provide a holistic and in-depth approach to IT requirements.
