B&B staff worked to renovate existing OPC space. By providing this renovation, we created a new office space. Staff provided daily supervision, cleaning, project protection, and trash removal. This included ensuring that floors were protected as needed and that all demolition, drywall, painting, mill-work, glass, HVAC, low voltage, and flooring support is done appropriately.

Richmond Airport CDF Carpet for the Critical Incident Response Group
B&B assisted the FBI with carpet removal and replacement inside the Richmond Airport CDF Operations Building located at 121 Falcon Road, Sandston, VA 23150. Removal included moving office furniture, equipment, and supplies before new high traffic, commercial carpet squares could be reinstalled.
Our staff proposed a carpet square solution that matched the type of material, color, and pattern of the carpet squares installed in the hangar located on the south side of the 2nd floor of the site. This allowed for interchangeability and reduced the amount of on-hand spare tiles needed for long-term support. Overall, we provided and installed approximately 10,800 square feet of carpet, ensuring full coverage, on-hand spares, and error coverage for the 9,000 square foot space.
